Proforma and Definitions
Data Collection
Data for the Scottish Multiple Sclerosis Reigister (SMSR) are collected in the main by Multiple Sclerosis nurses across Scotland. Data are collected locally and entered onto an electronic data collection system linked to the Scottish National Audit Programme (SNAP) in Public Health Scotland (PHS). Data are stored according to Digital and Security (DaS), NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) security and privacy policies on behalf of PHS.
